We unfortunately don't except returns, however if any timber is damaged in transit, we are more than happy to send out a replacement piece.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

All of our pergolas are made to order, so we aim to deliver your pergola withing 7-10 days. This can be longer during peak periods, but you will be notified every step of the way on delivery times and potential delays.

All of our products and hand designed and crafted here in the UK. We have a workshop based in London and build everything ourselves, ensuring quality.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
